STBB - high efficiency, single inductor, dual mode buck-boost DC-DC converters from 0.8A to 2A
by STMicroelectronics - 2013-12-17 10:35 - 41,157 views
The STBB1-A, STBB2 an STBB3J are fixed frequency, high efficiency, buck-boost DC-DC converters with integrated MOSFET switches. Output voltages ranging from 1.2 V to 5.5 V can be generated from any input voltage between 2.0 V and 5.5 V. The devices can thereby operate with input voltages higher than, equal to, or lower than the output voltage making the product suitable for lithium-Ion or multi-cell alkaline or NiMH powered applications. The devices offer soft start control, thermal shutdown and current limiting. Packages are DFN10 of flip chip with 20 bumps. For more information, please visit www.st.com/dcdc
